OB/GYN Partnership Opportunity in Silverdale, WA
Our organization is actively looking for a board eligible or board certified Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to become part of our healthcare team at the Women’s & Children’s Clinic, situated just west of Seattle in the picturesque Silverdale, Washington.
The OB/GYN department is eager to welcome a seventh member to their dedicated team of healthcare professionals. This role offers a balanced 50%-50% distribution between obstetrics and gynecology. Enjoy a standard Monday to Friday work schedule, with a call rotation of 1:7, plus county call at 1:10. You will typically see between 18 to 25 patients daily. All services are conveniently provided at a single clinical site and a hospital with a level 2 NICU, both located within the same building!

Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act
The salary for this position ranges from $345,000 to $365,000 annually, with additional bonus potential. This range is a good faith estimate; actual compensation may vary based on the applicant’s education, training, experience, licensure/certifications, as well as internal equity and local market conditions at the time of posting. Our compensation decisions are based on the specific circumstances of each applicant.
Eligibility for total compensation and benefits is contingent upon full-time employment in the assigned job classification/description and complies with the current PSA agreement.
