Position Overview

Our organization is in search of a Wellness Director of Nursing to spearhead clinical care and wellness initiatives within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and their activities to ensure high-quality care.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans for residents.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Proven experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
