This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to work collaboratively with passionate educators and a supportive COTA, serving approximately 50 students across various schools. You'll play a vital role in helping students grow, participate fully, and unlock their greatest potential.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active Occupational Therapist license in California
• Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and therapy documentation
• Collaborative spirit with the ability to work district-wide
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

You Will:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Evaluate student skills and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and COTA to support student goals
• Monitor progress and update records/documentation accurately
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and offer expert recommendations
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment where all students can thrive
