Job Description
Make an impact in educational settings supporting students’ communication needs as a Speech-Language Pathologist this upcoming school year. Skilled SLPs with CCC credentials are needed to provide direct services and collaborate with educators and families in vibrant, supportive environments.
We’re seeking two outstanding SLPs—one for a full-time role for the full 2026-2027 academic year, and another to fill a part-time (0.8 FTE) maternity leave from August 19 to September 30. These opportunities are ideal for clinicians passionate about working with school-aged children and eager to help enhance language and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a school-based SLP
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-age students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy in group and individual sessions, tailored to student needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide support to fellow educators and contribute to a positive school community
