Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or ability to obtain)
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Comfortable working with K-12 students across multiple sites
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • In-person candidates only

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students, both individually and in groups, across different schools in the district
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
  • Document student progress and contribute to IEP meetings as a valued team member
  • Adapt interventions to meet the needs of diverse learners and foster a positive, inclusive environment
