School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | West Chester, Ohio

This contract-based opportunity offers two positions: a full-time assignment for the entire academic year and a 0.8 FTE position to cover a maternity leave from August 19 to September 30. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support students’ progress
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student assessments, progress, and compliance documentation
• Support students’ social and academic development through evidence-based interventions
