Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain prior to assignment
• Previous school-based experience with students on IEPs and 504 plans preferred
• Ability to manage a diverse high school caseload, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess and provide therapy for high school students with speech, language, or communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs or 504s
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families for optimal student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and progress tracking
• Maintain timely and accurate records
