Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Chicopee, Massachusetts

Work full-time supporting students and staff across four local schools, championing positive behavior change and inclusion for learners with autism. The position focuses on direct behavior consultation, performing in-depth Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing actionable Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and providing on-the-ground coaching to teachers and paraprofessionals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active BCBA certification (please provide a screenshot with your application)
• Demonstrated school-based BCBA or autism specialist experience (strongly preferred)
• Solid background in completing FBAs and developing BIPs
• Proven experience in coaching teachers and paraprofessionals in behavior strategies
• Skill in supporting autism-specific classrooms and collaborating with diverse education teams
• Must pass drug screening, fingerprinting, and comprehensive background checks (CORI)
• Presence and punctuality are essential for all scheduled days
• Reliable transportation required, as travel between four school sites is necessary
• Ability to notify the school and recruiter promptly if absent due to illness

Key Responsibilities:

• Model and coach best practices to school staff in addressing student behavior needs
