Ideal qualifications include:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Active and current state licensure for Ohio
- Proven success delivering SLP services in educational settings
- Strong collaboration skills with teachers, administrators, and families
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Deliver consultative and training support for staff and caregivers
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to school initiatives
Available contract options:
- One full-time position for the length of the 2026-2027 school year
- One 0.8 FTE opportunity covering a maternity leave from August 19 through September 30
