Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience or strong interest in working within school settings
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to develop and implement IEPs
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and parent conferences
• Engage in ongoing collaboration and consultation to support student success
• Adapt therapy strategies to fit diverse learning styles and individual needs
