Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students with a variety of communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine speech, language, and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) needs
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult with teachers, families, and staff to maximize student success in the classroom
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid or eligible SLP license for schools in Oregon
• Prior experience working in a K-12 school environment preferred
• Familiarity with AAC devices and strategies
• Strong collaboration, analytical, and communication skills
