Qualifications:
- Current licensure and BCBA certification required

- Ability to adapt strategies to support diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and write individualized behavior intervention plans
- Train, coach, and support teachers and paraprofessionals in implementing interventions
- Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and make recommendations for plan modifications
- Provide ongoing consultation to staff to ensure intervention fidelity
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive support plans
- Support compliance with state and district guidelines related to behavioral services
