School Occupational Therapist | Lafayette, Indiana

Compensation for this role will start at $43 per hour and can increase based on your experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct and consultative OT services to students across a diverse caseload
• Conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and tracking student progress
• Collaborating closely with educators, families, and other support staff to develop strategies that enable student success in the classroom
• Utilizing evidence-based interventions and up-to-date practices to facilitate skill acquisition and meet IEP goals
• Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Engaging in IEP meetings and contributing professional insights to help guide student planning

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Hold an active OT license in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with collaborative, multidisciplinary work environments
