This full-time position focuses on preschool assessments and delivering impactful therapy services, with a manageable caseload of 16 students. Desired Qualifications:
- Active SLP-CCC certification required
- Previous experience with school-aged or preschool populations preferred
- Familiarity with assessment tools and therapy techniques for early childhood
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to organize and manage a caseload, including documentation and reporting
- Flexibility and collegiality to work with diverse staff and families
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not a requirement
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments for preschoolers
- Deliver individualized or small-group therapy services in accordance with IEPs
- Complete a limited number of districtwide bilingual assessments as assigned
- Maintain up-to-date records, progress notes, and compliance with education codes
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate findings with teachers and parents
- Provide input in developing intervention strategies and educational accommodations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on supporting student success
