We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC credentials to deliver in-person services for young learners. This contract position is based near Greeley, Colorado, with a schedule running from mid-August 2026 through late May 2027, subject to change. Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Colorado SLP license and Educator Certificate
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience serving early childhood or elementary-aged students preferred
  • Ability to supervise a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and open to both fully in-person and hybrid models (minimum 3 in-person days required to supervise SLPA)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluations, direct therapy, and intervention for a caseload of 50–55 young children
  • Complete and maintain assessments, progress reports, and compliance documentation
  • Deliver individualized and group therapy aligned with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Oversee and mentor an SLPA, ensuring best practices in service delivery
  • Engage in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to a caring, student-centered school community
