Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Arizona Special Education teaching certificate
- Possess a current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (IVP FPCC)
- Experience in preschool or early childhood special education preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Enthusiasm for partnering with families and school teams
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver individualized instruction to preschool students with diverse learning needs
- Adapt curriculum and activities to ensure access, engagement, and progress toward IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with general education staff, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and update educational plans as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and support the creation of an inclusive, nurturing classroom community
