School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Easley, South Carolina

This onsite position is ideal for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification who is passionate about working with a diverse caseload of K-8 learners. The assignment takes place at an elementary school, working closely with educators and families to help students achieve their speech and language goals.

Beginning August 10 and continuing through June 4, you’ll provide essential services 22.5 hours per week, enjoying a stable weekday schedule from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm. You’ll partner with roughly 45-60 students, delivering direct therapy, conducting evaluations, and guiding IEP development—all in a collaborative educational community.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid SLP-CCC certification
• Eligibility for state licensure as required
• Experience with K-8 populations preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite (teletherapy not available for this position)
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience a plus

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and provide therapy to assigned caseload
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as necessary
• Support students’ diverse communication needs within the school environment
