Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - San Antonio, Texas

You’ll provide speech therapy services both onsite at private and elementary schools within the district and virtually for homeschooled students. Flexibility is key, as the current need could be met by one part-time SLP supporting both locations, or by two coordinating to cover each setting.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• State licensure (or eligibility) as required for SLP practice
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric therapy strongly preferred
• Familiarity with online therapy platforms a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel locally between school sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with speech and language needs, both in-person at private and elementary schools and virtually for homeschooled students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to craft and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Offer consultative support and training to teachers and parents to maximize student outcomes
• Ensure consistent scheduling and follow-through for both onsite and virtual caseloads
