Soliant
Osceola, IN, US Full Time

Job Description

Job Description

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity working with a vibrant student population across multiple educational settings. This role supports both a single 5th–8th grade building and several private schools serving Preschool through 8th grade students. You'll collaborate within these dynamic communities, guiding students in their speech and language growth throughout the school year.

You’ll have flexibility in caseload, with virtual full-time placements averaging 40–45 students and in-person assignments supporting 65–70 students, providing support tailored to your strengths. Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) device familiarity is welcome but not central, as these populations have limited AAC users.

This assignment is full-time, at 37.5 hours per week, starting August 18 and continuing through June 7. Bilingual skillsets are appreciated, and adjustments can be made for candidates with these assets, though they are not required for the current vacancies. Professionals with Speech Language Pathology credentials (SLP-CCC) or School Speech-Language Pathology experience are highly encouraged to apply. Consideration will also be given to experienced in-person SLPAs.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active SLP-CCC credentials; school-based SLP experience is preferred.
  • Background supporting K-8th grade students.
  • Experience with IEPs, assessments, and therapy planning.
  • Comfort with in-person or virtual service delivery.
  • Bilingual candidates are welcome but not required.
  • SLPA applications will be considered for in-person roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and document student progress.

Take the next step in your career. Make a meaningful difference in students’ lives while enjoying a supportive and flexible professional environment. If you’re excited to work with diverse caseloads and passionate about fostering communication development, apply today to secure your placement for the upcoming school year!
