Work fully onsite as a vital resource for students, collaborating closely with educational staff and families to promote emotional well-being and academic success.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active State Social Worker Licensure/Certification required
• Experience providing social work services in a K-12 school setting preferred
• Strong communication, counseling, and intervention skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving caseload assignments post interview
• Comfortable working onsite across various school locations
• Confident in maintaining student confidentiality and upholding ethical standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver social-emotional interventions and support to students
• Assist in crisis intervention and coordinate care with school personnel
• Consult with teachers, administration, and parents to address individual student needs
• Maintain detailed and compliant student records
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to positive school culture
• Advocate for students’ mental health and connect families with community resources
• Respond promptly to evolving needs as caseloads are assigned
