Position Summary\n

Tryon Medical Partners is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Hip and Knee Reconstruction to join our newly expanding orthopedic service line. This physician will play a key role in building a high-performing, patient-centered Orthopedic program with a focus on total joint replacement, surgical excellence, and coordinated, value-based care.

Key Responsibilities\n

Clinical & Surgical Care

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Evaluate and treat a broad range of orthopedic conditions with a focus on hip and knee pathology

  • \n
  • \n

    Perform primary and revision total joint arthroplasty procedures

  • \n
  • \n

    Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing both operative and non-operative approaches

  • \n
  • \n

    Maintain high standards of surgical outcomes, patient safety, and satisfaction

  • \n

Program Development & Growth

    \n
  • \n

    Lead the development and expansion of the hip and knee service line

  • \n
  • \n

    Collaborate with leadership to establish clinical protocols, care pathways, and quality metrics

  • \n
  • \n

    Participate in strategic growth initiatives, including new ASC development and service expansion

  • \n
\n

Care Coordination & Collaboration

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Work closely with primary care physicians, sports medicine, and rehabilitation teams to ensure seamless patient care

  • \n
  • \n

    Partner with care teams to optimize pre-operative and post-operative pathways

  • \n
  • \n

    Contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications\n
    \n
  • \n

    MD or DO from an accredited institution

  • \n
  • \n

    Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

  • \n
  • \n

    Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Hip & Knee preferred

  • \n
  • \n

    Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure

  • \n
  • \n
