Fiber Technician – Data Center Project – Ohio

We are currently seeking Fiber Technicians for an exciting Data Center project in Ohio. If you have experience working in mission-critical environments and are looking for a great opportunity with competitive pay, we want to hear from you! Lift cert preferred if you don't have we'll help you get the cert.

Pay & Benefits

  $38.00 per hour

\n
• \n

  $140/day Per Diem (for qualified travelers)

\n
• \n

  Overtime available based on project needs

\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• \n

  Previous Data Center experience strongly preferred

\n
• \n

  Experience with fusion splicing and fiber termination

\n
• \n

  Knowledge of single-mode and multi-mode fiber

\n
• \n

  Ability to test, troubleshoot, and certify fiber using OTDRs, power meters, and light sources

\n
• \n

  Experience installing, dressing, routing, and labeling fiber optic cabling

\n
• \n

  Ability to read and interpret fiber optic schematics, splice diagrams, and blueprints

\n
• \n

  Experience with high-count fiber cables and structured cabling

\n
• \n

  Knowledge of industry standards, quality control, and safety procedures

\n
• \n

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

\n

  Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen (if required)

  Must have basic hand tools and PPE
