Job Summary:

LPN – Long-Term Care (LPN – LTC)
\n The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility provides compassionate nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. The LPN is responsible for monitoring residents’ health, administering medications, documenting care, and supporting overall comfort and well-being in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

• Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience - Required

• 1 year of recent LTC experience - Required

• Travel experience - Required

• NY state license - Required

• AHA – BLS certification - Required
