Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to enhance our primary care services and access initiatives in the Philadelphia area. This role is designed for those who thrive in a community-oriented health system and wish to work in a fully outpatient environment.

Practice Highlights

• Exclusively outpatient role—no inpatient duties required
• Collaborative care model including Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and shared nursing staff
• Utilization of integrated Epic EMR system
• Robust referral network within our health system

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania
• Dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions
• Focus on preventive care and population health strategies
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Ensure timely and precise documentation of patient interactions
• Engage in quality improvement and performance enhancement initiatives

Schedule & Call

• Full-time outpatient schedule with 34 hours dedicated to patient care
• Flexible scheduling options to accommodate work-life balance
• Minimal on-call responsibilities (1:7 call schedule, phone-only)
