Key Qualifications:
- Holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Possesses current Delaware State licensure as an SLP
- Holds ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or is completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Skilled at delivering individualized speech, language, and communication services in school settings
- Dedicated to fostering student growth through purposeful therapy and collaboration
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to assigned students on a 1:1 basis
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate records as required by school policies
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development and success
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development activities
