Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Vineland, New Jersey

This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse student populations, leveraging your expertise in speech-language pathology across a variety of settings, including teletherapy and traditional school environments.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible SLP license for New Jersey
• Experience in pediatric settings, including schools or healthcare environments
• Background in delivering teletherapy services preferred
• Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced SLPs
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Compassion for working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to students according to IEP goals and district standards
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
• Evaluate, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Engage in teletherapy sessions as needed to expand access to services
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and student-centered school environment
