Job Description

This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse student populations, leveraging your expertise in speech-language pathology across a variety of settings, including teletherapy and traditional school environments.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible SLP license for New Jersey
- Experience in pediatric settings, including schools or healthcare environments
- Background in delivering teletherapy services preferred
- Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced SLPs
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Compassion for working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to students according to IEP goals and district standards
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Evaluate, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Engage in teletherapy sessions as needed to expand access to services
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and student-centered school environment
