Location: Tumwater, WA
Schedule: Full-Time | School Year Position
Setting: K–12 Schools

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Tumwater, Washington. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to assess students' communication needs.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and communication strategies.
Educate school staff and families on evidence-based practices that promote student communication and learning.


Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply if eligible.
Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
