Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Experience serving school-aged children, especially in elementary settings
- Knowledge and background in supporting students with autism or a range of communication needs
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Familiarity with school-based procedures and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students in Pre-K through 5th grade
- Provide direct speech-language therapy tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff on student progress and strategies
- Maintain up-to-date and compliant documentation for all services
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations
- Offer support and training for staff regarding communication interventions
