School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Enfield, North Carolina

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license required; RN nurses without a School Nurse Credential are encouraged to apply
• School Nurse Credential preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with school-aged children and knowledge of common school health protocols is a plus
• Comfortable working across two sites and adapting quickly to changing needs
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with students, staff, and families
• Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Openness to learning new procedures and guidelines as needed

Role responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to students and staff on both school campuses
• Work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and administration to support student health plans
• Administer medications, manage minor injuries or illnesses, and handle emergencies with composure
• Maintain accurate health records, documenting assessments, interventions, and communications
• Educate students and staff about health, hygiene, and safety protocols
• Ensure strict confidentiality and uphold all health privacy regulations
