Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity serving K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist within the greater Cincinnati area for the 2026-2027 school year. Two openings are available: one is a full-time assignment for the entire academic year, while the other is a 0.8 FTE position focused on covering a maternity leave from August 19 to September 30. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid Ohio SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
  • Experience providing speech therapy services to school-aged children (preferred)
  • Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, families, and administrators

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students in alignment with IEP goals
  • Complete thorough assessments, provide accurate documentation, and participate in eligibility determinations
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to support language development within the curriculum
  • Attend IEP meetings, offering recommendations and strategies for student success
  • Engage and communicate with families regarding progress, strategies, and resources for language support
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations for speech therapy in schools
