Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow) to join our team in the Houston, TX area. This full-time position serves two welcoming elementary campuses. The SLP will split time between both schools while partnering with another SLP to provide high-quality speech and language services and help manage caseload needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language evaluations, therapy, and consultation services for students with communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with students' IEPs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
  • Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and provide recommendations based on student progress.
  • Work collaboratively with another SLP to support overall caseload management across both campuses.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Texas SLP license (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
