Position: Dental HygienistWe are currently looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our expanding team. Support our mission of delivering exceptional dental care to the community and help us create more smiles and unforgettable experiences. - Provide direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist
- Deliver compassionate and quality care to every patient
- Perform direct patient care tasks, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant and fluoride applications, and other related procedures
- Offer excellent customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care
- Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene practices
- Assess patients' dental conditions and review their medical histories
- Adhere to all government regulations and organizational standards
- Guide patients and their families through the treatment process
- Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed
- Take x-rays and ensure they are saved in patient records when necessary
- Create memorable experiences for patients by demonstrating compassion
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
