Located near New Castle, DE, these contract positions offer the opportunity to collaborate with educators and specialists to create positive outcomes for students with moderate to severe cognitive needs.
Desired Qualifications:
- For BCBA roles: Active BCBA certification required (please provide certification verification).
- For Behavior Specialist positions: Delaware PARA permit required; candidates should have a degree and ideally be between the RBT and BCBA level, currently working in an ABA program or pursuing BCBA certification.
- School-based experience preferred for both roles.
- Demonstrated strength in behavior support, data collection, and implementation of behavior strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with educational staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Collect, analyze, and report behavioral data to guide program modifications.
- Collaborate closely with school teams to support students across Autism and Early Years (PreK) programs.
- Support the growth and success of students with cognitive challenges through evidence-based behavioral strategies.
- Maintain compliance with state and district guidelines, ensuring high quality interventions.
Positions are full-time—37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday—and require on-site presence during the 2026–2027 school year, from August to mid-June.
