• Proven experience developing behavior intervention plans and supporting staff in behavior management
• Familiarity with pre-referral processes and conducting student evaluations
• Comfort working in elementary school environments and adapting strategies for young learners
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and documentation
• Ability to travel between two local elementary sites as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Assist staff with managing student behaviors, providing guidance and coaching to ensure consistent support across all settings
• Conduct pre-referral screenings and comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Maintain timely documentation and evaluation records in accordance with school policies
