Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree required—no exceptions; Bachelor’s degrees will not be considered
- Hold one or more of the following active licensures in Michigan:
- Licensed Master’s Level Psychologist or School Psychologist
- Limited Licensed Master’s Level Psychologist (supervised)
- MDE credentialed Master’s Level School Psychologist
- Licensed Master’s Level Social Worker or School Social Worker
- Limited Licensed Master’s Level Social Worker (supervised)
- Licensed Master’s Level Marriage and Family Therapist
- Licensed Master’s Level Professional Counselor or Limited Licensed (supervised)
- School Counselor License, Michigan Teaching Certificate with School Counselor endorsement, Preliminary or Temporary School Counselor credentials (with the ability to meet licensure requirements)
- Knowledge of current social-emotional and behavioral support programs in school settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group social/emotional interventions for general education students
- Provide classroom and school-level support, including professional development and positive behavior programs
- Consult with staff and families regarding student needs and best practices
- Maintain required documentation and coordinate care as needed
