Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required; advanced degree a plus
• Valid teaching licensure (General Education) for the appropriate grade levels
• Experience or endorsement in Gifted Education is strongly preferred
• History of creating dynamic, student-centered lesson plans
• Comfortable collaborating with fellow educators, administrators, and families
• Excellent classroom management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced academic environment

Key Responsibilities:
