Key Qualifications:
- Valid Texas license as a School Psychologist
- Demonstrated proficiency in conducting psychoeducational and eligibility assessments
- Experience working with elementary-age children
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication style
- Ability to stay organized and manage a flexible, itinerant schedule
Primary Responsibilities:
- Carry out 3-4 evaluations per week, focusing exclusively on assessments
- Engage with school staff to share evaluation outcomes and recommend support strategies
- Travel among assigned elementary campuses within the district as needed for assessments
- Maintain comprehensive records and timely documentation of all assessment findings
- Collaborate with onsite teams while counseling services are managed by school staff
