School Occupational Therapist | Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

This role offers flexible scheduling, with openings ranging from three to five days per week. There are two distinct caseloads to consider: a full-time early intervention position providing services within the community, and a part-time opportunity offering occupational therapy to students in an emotional support setting for three days a week. Your clinical insights will be valued as you deliver individualized interventions and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
• Experience working in pediatric, school, or early intervention settings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and related service providers
• Passion for supporting students' growth and independence

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based OT interventions to students on your caseload
• Collaborate with staff and families to promote student access and participation
• Document progress and maintain compliance with required regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
