This position spans the 2026-2027 academic year, starting August 13, 2026, and continuing through May 28, 2027. Essential Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in the State of Wisconsin required
- Experience or a strong interest in working with school-aged children
- Knowledge of IEP development and documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt interventions to a variety of student needs in educational settings
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, engaging learning environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students' individual occupational therapy needs
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure effective interventions
- Provide direct therapy services to students across K-12th grades, supporting functional and academic success
- Document progress and maintain all required records in a timely, professional manner
- Contribute to IEP meetings and advocate for students’ therapeutic needs
