Essential Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in the State of Wisconsin required
• Experience or a strong interest in working with school-aged children
• Knowledge of IEP development and documentation

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students' individual occupational therapy needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure effective interventions
• Provide direct therapy services to students across K-12th grades, supporting functional and academic success
• Document progress and maintain all required records in a timely, professional manner
• Contribute to IEP meetings and advocate for students’ therapeutic needs
