Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Cicero, Illinois

Step into a fulfilling opportunity supporting elementary students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a dynamic educational setting. This contract position runs from August 27, 2026, through June 12, 2027, providing a consistent Monday through Friday schedule. You’ll work 35 hours each week, from 8:15 am to 3:45 pm, with ample time for a lunch break and two additional breaks built into your day. Make a positive impact as you provide dedicated 1:1 behavioral support to an elementary student in a nurturing school environment.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required at the time of application
• Previous experience working as an RBT or in a behavioral support role for school-aged children strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate with educators, specialists, and family members
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Reliable, patient, and dedicated to fostering student progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral support and intervention, tailored to the needs of an elementary student
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record behavioral data throughout the school day
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and adjustment of behavior strategies
• Communicate observations and progress with school personnel and relevant stakeholders
