Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification (please provide a screenshot with your submission)
- Strongly preferred: prior work as a school-based BCBA or Autism Specialist
- Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Demonstrated ability to coach and train school staff in behavioral strategies
- Comfortable supporting autism classrooms and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Reliable transportation, as travel between four sites is required
Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert behavior consultation and classroom coaching
- Conduct FBAs and develop data-driven BIPs
- Support and mentor teachers, paraprofessionals, and students with autism
- Foster collaboration with staff across multiple schools
- Ensure timely, effective communication and reliable attendance
