As a Registered Nurse here, no two shifts are ever the same. You'll provide comprehensive care for a diverse patient population while collaborating with a skilled, multidisciplinary team. Reporting to nursing leadership, you'll play a vital role in ensuring safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care every day. \n What You'll Do \n\n

- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care using the full nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. \n
- Monitor telemetry patients and support post-surgical, orthopedic, and oncology cases with specialized care. \n
- Create, implement, and update individualized care plans for patients and families. \n
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless care. \n
- Educate patients and families, empowering them with knowledge for recovery and self-care. \n
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes with accuracy. \n
- Mentor and support colleagues through preceptorship, teamwork, and professional development. \n
- Participate in unit and hospital initiatives designed to improve patient outcomes. \n
- Advocate for patient rights, privacy, and dignity always. \n

- Graduate of an accredited nursing program. \n
- Current Massachusetts RN license. \n
- BLS certification required. \n
- Previous medical/surgical, telemetry, or orthopedic nursing experience preferred. \n
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills. \n
- Excellent organizational abilities and customer service skills. \n
- Comfort with computers and commitment to confidentiality. \n
