As a Registered Nurse here, no two shifts are ever the same. You'll provide comprehensive care for a diverse patient population while collaborating with a skilled, multidisciplinary team. Reporting to nursing leadership, you'll play a vital role in ensuring safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care every day. \n

What You'll Do \n

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care using the full nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
\n
• Monitor telemetry patients and support post-surgical, orthopedic, and oncology cases with specialized care.
\n
• Create, implement, and update individualized care plans for patients and families.
\n
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless care.
\n
• Educate patients and families, empowering them with knowledge for recovery and self-care.
\n
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes with accuracy.
\n
• Mentor and support colleagues through preceptorship, teamwork, and professional development.
\n
• Participate in unit and hospital initiatives designed to improve patient outcomes.
\n
• Advocate for patient rights, privacy, and dignity always.
\n

What You Bring \n

\n

\n
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
\n
• Current Massachusetts RN license.
\n
• BLS certification required.
\n
• Previous medical/surgical, telemetry, or orthopedic nursing experience preferred.
\n
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
\n
• Excellent organizational abilities and customer service skills.
\n
• Comfort with computers and commitment to confidentiality.
\n
