Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Direct Support Associate to assist individuals with disabilities within our Community & Social Services division. This on-site position focuses on providing personalized support to enhance daily living, health routines, and community involvement while ensuring safety, dignity, and independence for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with established policies
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
