LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional, patient-focused care within our Healthcare & Medical Services division. In this role, the LPN will be responsible for:

• Delivering direct bedside care to patients
• Administering medications and performing necessary treatments
• Monitoring and documenting patient conditions
• Collaborating effectively with Registered Nurses, physicians, therapists, and family members
• Supporting care plans and participating in interdisciplinary rounds
• Educating patients and their caregivers on health management
