Start your school year on August 17th, 2026, and be part of students’ progress through June 4th, 2027. You’ll collaborate with educators and families while delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy to help students reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Valid North Carolina SLP License (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to providing inclusive, student-centered therapy services

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned students
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as required
