ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract opportunity in Chelan, Washington. This position offers the opportunity to provide speech and language services to students across K-12 grade levels while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations, assessments, and screenings for students in grades K-12.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student communication needs.
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, special education staff, and families to support student success.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs in compliance with district and state guidelines.
  • Monitor student progress and modify intervention strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Active Washington Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
  • ESA certification or eligibility to obtain certification preferred.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Licensing assistance available for qualified candidates.

Experience:

  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
  • Experience working with students across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with IEPs, evaluations, and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred.
