Qualifications:

  • Active SLP State License and Educator Certificate (CO required)
  • ASHA CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Previous school-based SLP experience, preferably with early childhood students
  • Ability to supervise an SLPA
  • Availability to work onsite; hybrid option possible but must be in-person at least 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct SLP services for an early childhood school caseload of 50-55 students
  • Supervise and mentor an SLPA
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students’ communication needs
  • Complete required documentation, progress monitoring, and assessments in a timely manner
