Speech Language Pathologist in Fremont, CA

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
• School-based SLP experience highly valued
• Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology strongly preferred, but candidates without licensure will be considered
• Strong assessment, intervention, and caseload management skills
• Adaptable to changing environments and schedules; able to support multiple sites
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Role Highlights and Responsibilities:

• Support elementary, middle, or high school caseloads (ranging from 40–50 students)
• Provide direct therapy, conduct speech and language assessments, and contribute to IEP teams
• Rotate between assigned school sites; each day brings a new location and student group
• Help manage large caseloads, ensuring no site support gaps
• Collaborate closely with school-based teams, teachers, and district SLPs
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and service logs
