This full-time position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by providing speech-language services across four self-contained classrooms, while also offering oversight and mentorship to a team of SLPA professionals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Previous supervisory experience is appreciated, though not a must
  • Experience or demonstrated comfort working with PK-6th grade populations
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to manage caseload priorities and documentation efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in four self-contained classroom settings
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to design and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
  • Provide guidance and supervision for two SLPAs, including sharing caseload responsibilities
  • Maintain thorough, timely records for all services delivered
  • Engage in regular progress monitoring, assessment, and communication of outcomes to staff and families
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development, contributing expertise and leadership in speech-language services
