Job Description

Key Qualifications:
- Current Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous supervisory experience is appreciated, though not a must
- Experience or demonstrated comfort working with PK-6th grade populations
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage caseload priorities and documentation efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in four self-contained classroom settings
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to design and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
- Provide guidance and supervision for two SLPAs, including sharing caseload responsibilities
- Maintain thorough, timely records for all services delivered
- Engage in regular progress monitoring, assessment, and communication of outcomes to staff and families
- Participate in team meetings and professional development, contributing expertise and leadership in speech-language services
