Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A pharmacy position is available in Waseca, MN, seeking a skilled pharmacist for a specialty pharmacy setting. This 13+ week contract opportunity offers a part-time schedule of 20-30 hours per week, primarily from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Perform duties typical of a Long Term Care Pharmacist
- Provide accurate dispensing and counseling for pharmacy clients
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards
- Participate in medication therapy management and patient education as needed
Qualifications:
- PharmD degree preferred
- Immunization certification required
- CPR certification essential
- MTM certification is a plus
- Experience in retail pharmacy and staff pharmacist roles
- Strong knowledge of prescription processing and pharmacy operations
Location:
- Waseca, Minnesota
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Some weekends as needed
- 20-30 hours per week
